Wholesale distributor — order reconciliation
Problem: orders arrived by WhatsApp, email and loose spreadsheets, and were typed by hand into the accounting system, with frequent errors.
Solution: an AI automation flow that centralises incoming orders, validates them against stock and drops them straight into Sice, ready to invoice.
Chain of aesthetic clinics — multiple locations
Problem: each location kept its own calendar and cash desk, with no joint view of the business.
Solution: Sice with the organisation, sales and CRM modules switched on, unifying appointments, cash and clients in a single panel.
Accounting firm — client portal
Problem: clients asked for receipts and statements by email, generating constant back and forth.
Solution: a custom portal wired to their internal system, where each client reaches their own documents.

Illustrative case — Wholesale distributor
From loose spreadsheets to an automated flow
Context: a distributor with several sales channels received orders through different means and typed them in by hand, with all the errors and delays that implies.
Solution: we designed an AI automation that centralises orders, validates available stock and pushes them straight into Sice, leaving each order ready to invoice with nobody touching it.
Expected result: less administrative time per order and fewer transcription errors — no figures we cannot confirm, but a logic we have already validated in similar flows.

How long does a custom project take?
It depends on scope. A contained automation flow can be ready in weeks; a full Sice rollout is planned by modules, in stages.
Do I need to roll out every Sice module?
No. Switch on only the ones your operation needs today and add others later, without migrating systems.
What if my team is not technical?
We design every rollout for management teams, not for programmers. Training is part of the support.
